Terri Baumgardner, Ph.D, is the president of Assessments International, Inc. She is an expert in Leadership Development, Strategic Talent Management (STM), and assessment-related solutions. As an Industrial-Organizational Psychology practitioner, her 30-year career has included corporate roles overseeing STM and Organizational Effectiveness functions, international consulting, including leading regional operating offices, and founding and leading her own firm. She has taught leadership and human resources courses to graduate students as an Adjunct Professor throughout her career.
